Three Year-Old Program
Head Start Three Year Old Program provides a consistent structure for good developmental experiences. It encourages diversity, as the program reflects the interest, abilities, and needs of the children, parents and staff. It provides for learning experiences that promote the growth of the whole child, addressing all areas of a child's development - cognitive, social, emotional and physical.
Eligibility:
-Child must be 3 years of age on or before September 1
-Family must meet income criteria
Maximum Enrollment: 140 children
Program Goals:
The overall goal of the Head Start program is to encourage a greater degree of social competence in children three years of age with a full program of educational, health, nutrition and social services to meet their needs and enrich their lives.
Classroom Arrangements:
Classes are full-day
