Community Partner Program

We are excited to announce that Wheatley School of Early Childhood Programs is an authorized Community Partner through HHSC, with the purpose of

assisting with online community-based application assistance in applying for benefits such as:

  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Programs (CHIP).
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) 


On this website you can:

  • Apply for benefits.
  • Report changes.
  • Upload items needed from you.
  • Renew benefits. 


Wheatley School offers two Levels of assistance:

Level I

Self-Service: Provides access to a computer and an internet connection for parents to apply online to HHSC benefit program


Level II 

Available Assistance: Provides assistance to help parents apply online HHSC benefit program.

This benefit program is available for your convenience during school hours. Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
