Instructional Coach

As the Instructional Coach at Wheatley, I serve as part of the Campus Leadership Team. I work one -on-one with early childhood teachers and assistants by providing guidance, training, and other resources needed to boost their students’ success.

 

It is my goal to provide high quality coaching and guided reflection to all Head Start Instructional Staff on best practices related to early learning and social development of our early learners. These goals are aligned with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework and Frog Street Curriculum.

 

As I work with teachers, I love to see the growth in our students from the beginning of the year until the end. I look forward to "Putting in the Work with our Instructional Staff each and every day.
